Prospect is a collaboration of Chef  Nancy Oakes, Pam Mazzola, and Kathy King from Boulevard Restaurant. Located at the base of the Infinity Towers, we host a warm and modern urban environment, with high service standards and exceptional cuisine. We’re proud to offer local, sustainable, organic ingredients.

Hailing from Denver where she cooked in many of the city's top kitchens, Pam Mazzola first joined Chef Nancy Oakes at San Francisco's L'Avenue in 1988. Their meeting launched a friendship and culinary partnership that has endured for over twenty years. Mazzola was part of the opening staff of Boulevard, and has remained there to this day as co-executive chef and co-author with Oakes on the James Beard Award-nominated Boulevard Cookbook. She firmly believes that the best kitchens are collaborative and constantly evolving. As chef/partner in Prospect, she works closely with the team, guiding the overall direction of the restaurant with a focus on menu development.

"Prospect restaurant a sure bet"

“It's a brilliant marriage of fine ingredients and inspired technique, as is just about everything else (is) on the contemporary American menu.”

“ the food at Prospect is as tailored as the modern interior.”

“If this were a horse race, Prospect just might win the Triple Crown. As it stands they'll have to settle for triple stars.”
